This is a mostly commission based position with a small base pay room for growth
We’re looking for a confident and motivated sales closer to convert warm leads (demo bookings and trial signups) into paying monthly subscribers for a high-demand AI SaaS product used by small businesses.
This is a commission-first role with a limited hourly base to cover CRM updates and check-ins. You’ll be expected to follow up with leads, handle objections, and close $297/month clients quickly and professionally.

• Answer missed calls automatically
• Text back leads instantly
• Respond to customer reviews
• Handle live chat and messaging
• Offer CRM & marketing automation as add-ons
It replaces costly admin and call staff with smart, always-on automation — and it sells itself when explained clearly.

Compensation Structure:
• Base Pay:
• $2/hour for CRM updates, communication, and task tracking
• Up to $25/week (~$100/month)
• Commission:
• $35 when a lead signs up at $297/month
• $15 bonus if that client stays into Month 2
• Total per client: $50
• Monthly Bonus Tiers:
• 10 clients closed = +$100
• 20 clients = +$300
• 30 clients = +$600

Close 15 clients:
• $750 commission
• $100 base pay
• Total: $850/month

You Must:
• Speak fluent, clear English (voice test required)
• Be available during U.S. Central Time (at least 4–6 hours overlap)
• Have experience closing via Zoom or phone
• Be organized, self-driven, and confident handling objections
• Be comfortable using a CRM and tracking follow-ups daily
