About the Company
PS Growth Network operates a structured 4-level referral-based membership platform. We are expanding our business operations and looking for a highly motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive new member registrations and build an active referral network.
This is a target-driven opportunity suitable for individuals with strong sales and leadership skills.
Role & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
Generate new member registrations into the program
Build and manage Level 1 (Direct) referrals
Guide Level 1 members to develop Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4
Ensure structured network growth
Conduct online follow-ups and promotional activities
Submit weekly performance reports
The BDO will also be enrolled as a member of the program.
Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 per month
To receive the fixed salary, the following minimum performance targets must be achieved:
Monthly Mandatory Target:
30 Direct Joins (Level 1)
Minimum 80 Total Team Joins
What is “Total Team Joins”?
Total Team Joins include all registrations under the 4-level structure (L1 + L2 + L3 + L4 combined).
Example:
L1 (Direct): 30
L2: 40
L3: 15
L4: 10
Total Team = 95
Incentive Structure
₹300 per direct join above 30 per month
₹100 per total team join above 100 per month
Example:
If 40 direct joins → 10 extra × ₹300 = ₹3,000
If 130 total team → 30 extra × ₹100 = ₹3,000
Important Conditions
If direct joins are below 30, fixed salary will not be applicable.
Performance is reviewed weekly.
Continuous underperformance may result in termination of the contract.

Experience in sales, marketing, or network building preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
