Remote Academic Counsellor Recruitment
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m expanding the counselling team of a Bangalore-based ed-tech company and need an experienced Academic Counsellor who can work from home on a dedicated US shift. Your background must include at least one year of proven sales success within education or ed-tech, and you should be naturally persuasive when speaking with prospective learners and parents.
During a typical day you will:
• Conduct student counseling sessions that uncover learning goals and pain points
• Sell relevant educational programs that fit those needs
• Follow up with every lead until a clear decision is reached
Because persuasive speaking is the single most critical communication skill for this role, please highlight concrete results—conversion rates, revenue closed, or enrollment targets met—when you submit your proposal. Active listening and clear articulation are, of course, expected fundamentals.
Onboarding, access to our CRM, product training, and all support scripts will be provided the moment we agree. I’d like to have the right counsellor fully ramped up within a month, so availability to start immediately is important.
