Relationship Executive/ Personnel Relationship Associate

We have an immediate opportunity in Chennai, India office for a Relationship Executive for IT Consulting division.
You must possess strong communication skills, sales drive, and tireless attitude to provide Career counseling for IT engineers of passive recruits, providing and nurturing the relationship to recruit and convert them as employees of Wisdom
Relationship Executive will:
● Be working under HR as Personal relationship to recruit and maintain passive candidates (IT Engineers)
● Recruit passive candidates and improve employee retention of existing employees.
● Act in the role of Employee relationship to mentor, guide in a friendly manner for our pipeline candidates (recruits of IT engineers) in every aspect of their career.
● Provide information related to IT Skills; the diversity and the work culture, career opportunities ahead to the passively recruited candidates
● Stay kind, caring, helpful, adventurous, ambitious, assertive, energetic and optimistic with strong interpersonal skills, curious to information, envision the outcomes and be a happy person.
● Consulting skills and proven work experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders is a must
● Having worked in sales and business development portfolios are needed
● Strong communication and presentation skills are a must
● Focus Driven self-motivated individuals with team coordination is preferred
● Ability to learn and create articles related to IT Career opportunities
● Assist HR in on boarding process of candidates
Qualifications:
● Any graduate in Marketing, Sales, Psychology, HR, Computer Science or Business administration.
● 5 years Experience in Consulting Business or Counseling Agency or Sales and Training or hospitality Industry.
● Excellent written and Verbal Communication.
● Should be a team player and self-starter
● Experience in content research and writing
● Knowledge in IT Technology skills a plus
