I'm seeking experienced professionals to help TechMarqX Pvt Ltd acquire recruitment projects worldwide, particularly in the IT and Non-IT sectors.
Key Focus Areas:
- Connect with HRs, Founders, and Decision Makers
- Acquire IT & Non-IT Recruitment Projects (Both Contractual and Permanent Roles)
- Focus on SAP, Infra, and Niche Tech Domains
- Build and Manage Long-Term Client Relationships
Engagement Model:
- Project-Based Collaboration
- Commission / Revenue Share Basis
- Flexible & Partnership-Oriented Approach
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong Networking Abilities
- Experience in Recruitment or Talent Solutions
- Excellent Relationship Management Skills
- Knowledge of the Tech Industry, Especially in SAP and Infra
