Recruiting part-time overseas sales staff

I’m expanding our products into new English-speaking markets and need a reliable part-time colleague who can drive sales remotely. Your main focus will be to identify prospects, nurture them through email, chat, and occasional calls, and close deals that align with our monthly targets. Fluent, natural English is essential because you will be the first point of contact for leads unfamiliar with our brand.
To help me assess fit quickly, please show me concrete examples of past sales work—numbers you hit, accounts you won, or campaigns you contributed to. I’m most interested in seeing evidence of how you turned prospects into paying customers, especially in an international context.
Once onboard, you’ll receive full product training, brand guidelines, and access to our CRM. I expect concise weekly updates covering leads added, conversations held, and deals closed so we can fine-tune strategy together and celebrate wins.
