HR Recruiter for Sales Hiring
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
I need an experienced recruiter who can quickly source and secure sales talent for our company. The people you bring in must stand out for their strong communication and sales skills. You should have a successful track record in HR-related recruiting and can manage high volume hiring.
Your role starts at the sourcing stage: identifying suitable profiles, screening them against our criteria, and presenting a concise shortlist. From there, you’ll coordinate interviews with our internal team, keep candidates engaged throughout the process, and guide final negotiations until each vacancy is signed off.
What I expect as tangible outcomes:
• A vetted shortlist of qualified, mid-level sales candidates (minimum of five).
• Brief summary sheets for every candidate outlining their communication strengths and prior HR industry exposure.
• Smooth scheduling of interviews and timely status updates until hiring is complete.
