Recruiter / Head Hunter plus Client Acquisition on COMMISSION -- 2
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
We are a globally active Recruitment and Head Hunting company, therefore we are looking for self-employed (payment on performance / acquisition of clients) Recruiters or Virtual Assistants in any country.
Main Tasks:
- ACQUISITION by PHONE or MAIL of Clients that are posting job offers
- Identification of potential clients (checking advertisements on stepstone, monster etc.)
- Correspondence and screening of potential candidates
- Active Sourcing (Linkedin / Xing etc.)
- Maintenance of our internal Database (adding candidates, activity with clients - CRM etc.)
- Correspondence with us (headquarter)
- Closing order
PAYMENT / Commission:
45% of the order
