Recruit 20–30 Remote Reps
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a seasoned recruiter who can quickly source 20-30 commission-only sales representatives across the United States for fully remote roles. Every candidate must be legally able to work in the country (valid Social Security number) and genuinely motivated by a pay structure that starts at about $120 K per year on pure commission.
They will be provided with leads and anythng they need to0 join a hungry team thats alredy making money. Our top reps are averaging $250k/Year.
Results matter more than promises. Within the first few days I expect at least three qualified reps on my calendar. If you can’t clear that bar we probably aren’t a long-term fit.
Deliverables
• 20–30 vetted U.S.-based, (Entry level) Ages 18 and up remote-ready sales reps wit
• Basic candidate sheet for each hire (name, location, contact, quick notes)
In appreciation of strong performance I’ll add a $500 bonus for every 10 reps you get fully hired and on-boarded. and a $2000 bonus on your 50th rep If this sounds clear and achievable, let’s get started right away.
