Freelance Recruiter for Global iGaming Dealer & Affiliate Acquisition
I’m building an international network of active iGaming dealers and affiliate partners, and I’m looking for a freelance recruiter who can quickly identify and onboard qualified candidates.
Your mission: find, approach, vet, and secure dealers or affiliate partners who can drive user acquisition and engagement across North America, Europe, Asia, LATAM, and Africa.
Ideal candidate profile:
• Strong background in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or digital entertainment
• Proven experience in sales or partnership recruitment
• Existing industry network or access to relevant communities
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with B2B partners
You may leverage channels such as LinkedIn, Telegram, industry forums, and personal contacts to reach qualified prospects.
Deliverables:
• Curated list of verified dealers/affiliates with contact details and qualification notes
• Confirmation that each candidate meets experience and activity requirements
• Regular status updates within our shared workspace or CRM
Compensation:
• Milestone-based payment — $50 per first successful activation, $20 per additional recruit
• Performance bonus: if 10 or more verified recruits are activated within two weeks, rate increases to $25 per additional recruit
• A recruit counts as “acquired” once our internal team confirms signed partnership and verified activity
