We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Investment Sales Person with an existing network to UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals) and Family Offices. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales by effectively promoting and selling our real estate investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the real estate market. This is a commission-based position, where the sales person will earn a percentage of each successful sale.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with prospective UHNWI and Family Offices
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our real estate investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate investment sales
- Existing network of UHNWI and Family Offices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
