Real estate agency looking for staff

We are a real estate agency, specializing in short term apartment / house rentals.
The ideal candidate must be responsible and proactive.
The candidate will perform administrative and miscellaneous tasks as follows:
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Handle enquiries from prospective tenants.
- Marketing, as required.
- Respond to emails/calls.
- Duties may be different from day to day.
About you:
- You must be a minimum of 18 years old.
- You must be a team player.
- You need to be a team player.
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Good time management.
Some estate agency experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
