I need an Indian-language Telly Caller based in Delhi, NCR or Gurgaon who can jump straight into closing sales for my network of real-estate agents. You’ll receive a proven, concise script that has already been delivering qualified prospects; your job is to pick up where the nurturing ends and convert those warm leads into confirmed site visits, token payments and signed booking forms.

What success looks like
• Daily dial-outs to the prospect list I supply (mostly home-buyers who have already shown interest).
• Confident, persuasive conversations in Hindi and English that follow the provided script while sounding natural.
• Real-time updates in my shared CRM/Google Sheet so agents can schedule follow-ups or property tours immediately.
• A weekly summary of deals closed and obstacles faced so we can tweak messaging quickly.
