What you’ll be doing:
• Conduct on-site property visits, giving prospects a clear sense of the space, amenities, and neighborhood value.
• Close deals efficiently—negotiating price, payment schedules, and documentation while maintaining complete transparency with clients.
Essential skills I’m looking for:
• Strong communication skills that build trust quickly.
• Working knowledge of the local real-estate market so you can speak confidently about trends and pricing.
• Solid negotiation skills to secure win-win terms for both buyer and developer.
