Real Estate Investment Assistant

I'm looking for a dedicated assistant to help close commercial property investment deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close at least one investment deal to secure your position.
- Engage in sales and negotiations.
Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: $2,500 (full-time, after first deal closed)
- Bonus Per Closed Deal: $3,000 – $5,000 (performance-based)
Requirements:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in real estate is a plus but not mandatory
- Must be motivated and eager to learn
