About the Project:
We are offering premium real estate investment opportunities in Dholera SIR (Special Investment Region) – one of India’s most promising smart cities, located close to the upcoming Dholera International Airport. We are looking for talented freelance sales professionals to market and sell our plots and properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads from personal network, social media, and outbound efforts
Conduct client meetings and arrange site visits to Dholera
Deliver persuasive sales pitches, explain project benefits, resolve objections
Follow up with clients and close deals efficiently
Maintain client data and report sales activity on a weekly basis
Requirements:
Prior experience in real estate sales or B2C selling (preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi/English)
Ability to independently manage sales cycle from lead generation to close
Must be comfortable working on a commission-only basis
Local candidates from Gujarat or those willing to visit Dholera when required will be prioritized
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission per successful booking: ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000+ (depends on property size and value)
Average earning potential: ₹50,000 to ₹2,00,000+ per month
