I generate a steady flow of qualified homeowner leads who are ready to sell, but I need a skilled closer to turn those warm conversations into signed real-estate contracts. Your role is to pick up where my marketing leaves off—speak with the owner, overcome objections, negotiate price and terms, and walk the file all the way to a legally executed agreement.
Everything is handled remotely by phone, text, email, or your preferred CRM. You will have immediate access to lead details, comps, and my preferred contract templates, plus the freedom to use your own negotiation style as long as it stays compliant with local regulations.
I am looking for someone who can demonstrate solid experience closing residential property deals. When you apply, focus on the results you have personally achieved—number of homes closed, average purchase price, conversion rates, or any other hard metrics that show you know how to move a transaction from “maybe” to “signed.”
Deliverables
• Signed purchase agreement or listing agreement for each assigned lead
• Clear notes in the CRM documenting the negotiation timeline and key terms
• Smooth hand-off to title or escrow once the contract is executed
