Real Estate Cold Calling (JR Acquisition Rep)

I'm looking for an experienced real estate acquisition representative to manage a cold calling project in the homeowners market. The goal of this project is to close a sale through cold calling.
This project requires someone who is highly proficient in customer service and telephone sales techniques. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable with using a customized script, and should have experience in dealing tactfully and professionally with people. They should also have a strong understanding of the real estate market in order to respond to the customers in an educated manner.
The main requirement for this role is to successfully close a sale in the homeowner market. A successful applicant needs to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to think on their feet. The ability to articulate solutions clearly and professionally over the phone is essential.
