This project is an extension of our business where we use the volume of cold calling real estate sellers from our researched list of leads to find prospects to make wholesale deals. We get a lot of nos, hang ups, and even people who will be rude and curse you out! It's all part of the game and shouldn't be taken personally, but every no gets us closer to a yes, so we like to expedite getting yeses by hiring someone to help us find leads and cold calling.
