I'm seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant specialized in cold calling for lead generation and closing deals in real estate. The primary focus will be on residential homes, land and rental properties. The ultimate goal is to set appointments for contract signings and/ or closing deals
Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily targeting residential homes and rental properties
- Cold calling potential leads in real estate
- Following up on leads generated from previous calls.
- Setting appointments for contract signings

The ideal candidate should have:
- Understanding of the real estate market
- Familiarity with calling scripts and lead generation techniques
- Proven experience in cold calling, deal closing in real estate
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

The cold calls should target leads in the specific area of "To be decided." The cold calls should target leads in the specific state-level area to be decided. The cold calls should target leads in the area of OH, MI, MO. The expectation is to make 100-200 calls per week. The Virtual Assistant should use Deal automater for managing leads and calls. The cold calls should be made during the time zone that is "to be decided." The cold calls should be made during the Eastern Time Zone.
