Real Estate Acquisition Specialist
Budget: $2 – $3 USD
Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual or team to handle the entire acquisition process for our real estate wholesaling business in Baltimore, MD, Cleveland, OH, and Memphis, TN. This includes sourcing both on and off-market properties, analyzing deals, making offers, and conducting skip tracing and cold calling. Additionally, we require assistance in finding cash buyers and gathering their buying criteria.
In Baltimore, properties can be wholesaled or listed with a realtor since we have a licensed realtor on the team.
Responsibilities:
- Source on and off-market properties in Baltimore, Cleveland, and Memphis
- Calculate ARV, repair costs, and MAO
- Make offers and negotiate deals
- Present options for wholesaling or listing with a realtor to off-market sellers in Baltimore
- Conduct skip tracing and cold calling
- Record all calls for accountability
- Assist in finding cash buyers and gathering their buying criteria
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate wholesaling, real estate agent, or similar field
- Ability to handle the entire acquisition process independently
- Proficiency in deal analysis and negotiation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Access to necessary tools and resources for skip tracing and cold calling
- Ability to record calls for accountability purposes
Payment:
