Raising working Capital for a 501c3 nonprofit organization

My name is Vincent De Paul Ajagu. I am the founder of a 501c3 nonprofit organization called Community Charitable Service center. Our mission is to provide general Education, job training and job placement in our communities. Our target market is at risk high school students, the drop outs as well as disadvantaged adults. We are incorporated in the states of ILLINOIS and MICHIGAN. I need an outside company to take over our fundraising especially for our working capital.
