We are offering a deal worth 50k, remuneration will be paid by commissions, which is a form of payment that can benefit both parties; the worker because they can increase their remuneration by putting in more effort; the employer because they pay as the worker is productive.
The amount of 50k comes from the simple fact that we expect to have someone who can bring in a minimum of 1000 clients, obviously that retroactively benefits the worker a lot as well since he has a target for which he is paid, but he can get paid more in case he exceeds that expectation that the company has towards the work to be done by the worker.
