Pure Commission Salesman/Saleswoman needed
Budget: $50 – $50,000 USD
We are offering a deal worth $50,000, remuneration will be paid by commissions, which is a form of payment that will benefit both parties; the worker in other to increase their income by putting in more effort, and also
the employer because they pay as the worker is productive.
The amount of $50,000 comes from the simple fact that we expect to have a professional who can bring in a minimum of 1000 clients, obviously that retroactively benefits the worker a lot as well since he has a target for which he is paid, but he can get paid more in case he exceeds that expectation that the company has towards the work to be done by the worker.
Our company sells B2C services in the financial advisement industry.
The services we offer include Trading Advisement, Trading content to study, and different ways to increase customer capital through compound effect automation.
The main target group will be anyone between 18 and 35 years old, with or without any experience in the financial markets, and with a low or high income to invest.
None of the investments go through the company, each client must have their own platform with their own account, we do not receive any direct investment, we only charge for the advisory service.
One of our top services would be the study-while-you-earn service, and that's what the sales team would sell. At a cost of $169.99/month, of which the salesperson would receive $50 for that first charge.
Each commission is received immediately by the salesperson with no minimum number of customers. Simple, bring in a customer, and get paid for it on the spot.
Our company has been providing services to the public for less than 2 months, the website and the whole process of online marketing (google ads, Facebook ads, influencer promotions, etc..) are already in process. We have also an office located in New Jersey(linked to our LLC).
What we are looking for is to hire a team of a maximum of 5 people who are dedicated to sales on a permanent basis, this team would be completely external to the main marketing team of the company, as the company will be responsible for all large-scale promotion. Our objective is to have an internal and an external team to double our online reach. We are mainly looking for 5, but in a short time, if we see that the team is working well, we will make 1 of them responsible and we will see to increase that team, like any network marketing company does, in an infinite way.
