I run a professional cleaning business and I’m looking to hire a freelance outreach specialist to help me land more cleaning contracts in Floyd County, Calhoun County, Bartow County (Cartersville), and the surrounding areas in Georgia.
This is a flat-rate job for a cold outreach campaign targeting apartment complexes, property management companies, office buildings, realtors, and landlords who may need residential or commercial cleaning services.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Finding qualified local leads (with contact names and info)
• Reaching out through email, phone calls, or LinkedIn to introduce my cleaning services
• Scheduling walkthroughs, estimates, or consultation calls
• Tracking outreach and responses in a simple format (spreadsheet or CRM)
Requirements:
• Experience with cold outreach or appointment setting
• Familiarity with cleaning industry or property management (a plus)
• Clear English communication and professional writing
• Ability to generate and contact 50–100 quality leads
Goal: Book at least 3 walkthroughs or meetings with serious leads.
