Sales Representative – Renovation Products (Remote / Phone Sales)
I am looking for a highly skilled sales representative with experience in selling physical products to consumers over the phone. My company specialises in renovation products, including flooring, tiles, handles, and more.
Our average order value ranges between $4,500 – $5,000, with some orders exceeding $10,000. This role is primarily commission-based, offering an agreed percentage of each sale. However, for the right candidate, we can discuss a retainer + commission arrangement.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
✔️ Strong communication and persuasion skills
✔️ Proven sales experience, particularly with physical products
✔️ Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection
✔️ Knowledge of effective sales techniques and strategies
✔️ Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction
✔️ Fluent or native English speaker
✔️ Knowledge of flooring and building products is an advantage but not required.
