We’re a fast-growing podcast agency that helps podcasters 3X their listeners in 90 days using our Short-Form Content Funnel. We handle everything from A to Z—editing, scripting, content creation, and growth. Now, we’re looking for an Outreach Manager to help us connect with podcasters and bring them into our ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage podcasters across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Initiate conversations, build relationships, and qualify potential clients
- Manage and optimize outreach messaging for higher response rates
- Track and report outreach performance (response rates, conversions, etc.)
- Work closely with the sales team to book appointments with qualified leads
Requirements:
- Experience in outreach, lead generation, or client acquisition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (must sound natural and engaging)
- Ability to personalize messages and avoid “spammy” outreach
- Familiarity with the podcasting industry is a plus (but not required)
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
