Phone agents

I am looking for phone agents who can help me with sales. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively and have a persuasive tone. Bilingualism is not a priority, but it would be a plus if they can speak more than one language. I need a team of 1-5 agents who can work efficiently and be available during business hours. The team must have relevant experience in sales and a good understanding of customer service.
