Pharma Dealership Contract Negotiation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My company in Sudan is ready to establish a formal dealership agreement with an established pharmaceutical manufacturing factory that produces generic drugs. I need a sales specialist who already knows the Indian pharma landscape to take charge of negotiating the contract terms on our behalf.
Here is the scope as I see it:
• Identify one or more reputable Indian generic-drug manufacturers with capacity to supply Sudan ( a list of the Sudan-approved factories will be provided).
• Establish direct contact with the decision-makers and guide discussions toward an exclusive (or semi-exclusive) dealership framework.
• Lead all commercial negotiations—pricing structure, payment schedules, supply timelines, quality guarantees, regulatory documentation—until both parties reach a draft ready for legal signing.
• Keep me updated with concise written reports after each negotiation round and flag any roadblocks early.
Acceptance criteria
• A mutually agreed draft contract, signed or ready for signature, clearly detailing product range, volumes, pricing, delivery terms, and responsibilities of each party.
• All supporting correspondence and meeting notes compiled in a single handover file.
Familiarity with Indian pharma regulations, export requirements, and Sudanese import rules will help the process move quickly. If you’re fluent in both worlds and confident you can secure favorable terms, let’s start right away.
