Here’s the arrangement: there is no fixed salary—your income scales with your results. I supply warm leads, product training, and ongoing guidance; you bring energy, consistency, and a genuine hunger to earn. Prior experience isn’t mandatory. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, follow up without being pushed, and – above all – close the sale.
Deliverables & expectations
• Close a minimum agreed-upon number of sales each month (we will set the exact figure together during onboarding).
• Keep concise notes on every prospect interaction so I can track pipeline health.
• Attend one brief weekly check-in call to review progress and refine strategy.
