We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Commission-Based Sales Manager to join our team at H2 Technologies. Your main role will be to promote and sell our Managed Website Creation services to small businesses, a proposition that has been extremely well-received in the market.
Responsibilities:
Identifying potential clients and generating leads.
Presenting and selling our Managed Website Creation services to small businesses.
Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships.
Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Ideal Candidate:
Must have excellent native proficiency in English or French.
Possess strong sales skills and a proven track record of success.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and inspired by high-commission potential.
What We Offer:
We offer substantial commissions with the average earning potential being $1000 a day.

A base salary can be discussed in exchange for lower commission rates.
