Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell credit card products to new customers through direct sales.
Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of various credit card options.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products to meet those needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Process applications accurately and ensure all required documents are collected and verified.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Provide ongoing customer support, answering questions, and resolving issues related to credit card products.
Participate in promotional events, field visits, and special campaigns to increase sales.
Report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to the sales manager.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trends to effectively position our products.
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in financial services or retail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and overcome customer concerns.
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of credit card products and financial services is a plus.
