Partner Agent Needed – Design & Build House Projects (Commission-Based | Metro Manila)
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
Project Description:
We are a construction company specializing in design and build residential houses, and we are looking for partner agents who can help us source clients and projects.
This is a commission-based partnership. Partner agents will be compensated only when a contract is successfully signed.
Commission Structure:
• 4% commission of the total contract value
• Example: For an ₱8,000,000 project, the partner agent receives ₱320,000
• Commission is released after the contract is officially signed
Scope of Work:
• Find potential clients interested in design and build house projects
• Introduce and connect clients with our construction company
• Assist in coordinating initial discussions (if needed)
Project Location:
• Metro Manila, Philippines
• Nearby areas within reasonable distance from Metro Manila
Requirements:
• Experience in real estate, sales, or client sourcing (preferred but not required)
• Strong network or ability to generate leads
• Professional and reliable communication
• Willing to work on a results-based / commission-only arrangement
