Part-Time Healthcare Appointment Setter
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a seasoned inside-sales professional who is comfortable picking up the phone first and foremost. Your goal is to introduce our 30-year-old Colorado medical billing firm to qualified practices, verify that they fit our ideal profile, and secure a time on my calendar.
What you’ll actually do for me
• Build highly focused lead lists of assistant-surgeon groups (3+ providers) and behavioral-health practices (5+ clinicians), plus any insurance-based office struggling with denials, A/R, staffing, collections, or overall revenue leakage.
• Call owners, administrators, or other true billing decision-makers. Email is still useful for follow-up, but live phone conversations are the priority.
• Confirm that each prospect meets our qualification matrix: adequate practice size, demonstrable billing challenges, the right practice type, clear decision-maker access, evidence of insurance billing and collections issues, and solid AMB revenue potential.
• Lock in a discovery meeting on my calendar, then reconfirm and chase any no-shows.
• Log every touch—calls, emails, outcomes—so I can see pipeline health at a glance.
Acceptance criteria
A meeting counts only if the prospect matches the full qualification matrix above and attends or reschedules within the same week. I will review call notes and CRM entries before crediting the appointment.
To be considered, tell me about your experience performing comparable outbound campaigns in healthcare or a similarly regulated field. I’m interested in hearing actual results, conversion rates, and the tools you used, not a generic proposal.
If you thrive on proactive calling and know how to open doors with busy medical professionals, I look forward to working together.
