• Nurture prospects through discovery calls, Q&A sessions, and follow-ups until they commit
• Maintain detailed activity logs and conversion metrics in a shared CRM or spreadsheet
• Deliver weekly progress reports highlighting deals closed, prospects in pipeline, and any roadblocks

Success will be measured by the number of fully executed franchise agreements and the overall conversion rate from initial enquiry to signed deal. Experience in franchise sales, B2B lead conversion, or high-ticket consultative selling within India will be a strong plus.
