Outreach & Partnerships Specialist (Migration Agents, Lawyers & Universities) -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Monthly Fee: AUD $250 + Performance Incentives
Liora Pathways is expanding and we are looking for a confident, results-driven Outreach & Partnerships Specialist to help us build long-term, referral-based relationships with migration agents, migration lawyers, and universities, primarily across Australia (with potential to expand further).
Your Role
Your mission is simple and measurable:
to open doors, start conversations, and secure referral partnerships that generate qualified clients for Liora Pathways.
You will:
• Proactively reach out to migration agents, migration lawyers, and universities via email, LinkedIn, and phone (where appropriate)
• Confidently introduce Liora Pathways and clearly explain our services and value proposition
• Follow up with prospects and handle basic objections professionally
• Track outreach activity and outcomes (contacts made, responses, partnerships secured)
• Focus on results, not hours worked
Compensation
• AUD $250 per month (fixed monthly retainer)
• Performance bonus:
You will earn 10% commission on each successful client that signs up and pays for a Liora Pathways service as a direct result of your outreach
• This role is ideal for someone looking for a long-term collaboration with growth potential as results increase
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
• Consistent outreach activity
• New referral partners onboarded
• Qualified client referrals generated
• Clear communication and basic reporting
(KPIs are used to measure outcomes, not micromanage.)
Skills & Experience Required
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in sales, outreach, partnerships, or business development
• Confidence speaking with professionals (agents, lawyers, university staff)
• Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups
• Comfortable working toward clear performance goals (KPIs)
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
• Experience in migration, education, or professional services
• Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or lead tracking
• Prior outreach or lead-generation experience on Freelancer or similar platforms
