All conversations must be recorded in full. Clear, well-labeled audio files along with concise call notes should be delivered at the end of each workday so I can review performance and customer feedback. You may use your own VoIP or dialer platform as long as it produces reliable recordings; if needed, I can provide access to my preferred system and CRM.

Key deliverables:
