We are looking for an experienced Online Lead Generator for freelance platform to work with us on a long-term basis.

Salary: $300/month
Target: Minimum 300 qualified bids per month
Workload: flexible schedule (results-based)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience generating leads and submitting proposals on Upwork
- Solid understanding of freelance platform search algorithms, filters, and how to identify high-quality, convertible leads;
- Ability to analyze client profiles, write short personalized bids, and maintain consistent volume & quality - Excellent written English
- Strong attention to detail and self-discipline

Responsibilities:
- Search for relevant projects matching our company’s expertise
- Submit 300+ qualified and customized bids per month with 8-10% of conversion rate minimum
- Track bid performance and provide weekly reports
- Work closely with our team to align targeting strategy and improve conversion rate
