OPT/CPT Bench Recruiter

Looking for someone who has experience in OPT/Bench hiring. Please note, this is not IT Recruiter role. This is a very specific role in which candidate is required to have prior work experience working with OPT and CPT candidates to bring them on Bench for training and placement.

Digital iTechnology is an IT Consulting firm - we place OPT and CPT consultants on our client based IT positions across the US.

Responsibilities:

- Reach out to OPT and CPT candidates from IT background and introduce our company
- Place advertisements in job boards, whatsapp groups, facebook, Linkedin and other social media, college/university websites regarding our positions
- Send emails and text messages to candidates
- Make phone calls for follow ups
- Network with college freshers and junior candidates looking for IT jobs
- Provide regular updates to hiring manager
- Maintain accurate records and reports on all phases of the recruitment process.
- Daily Candidate follow ups
- Pre-screen candidates, explain the requirement
- Project a positive image of the company

Work Timings: US Central shift (7:30pm IST to 3:30pm IST)

Basic Qualifications:

- At least 2-3 years experience working as OPT Recruiter

- Good English communication skills: Written and Oral

- Good command over job portals, social media, using university portals

- Good understanding of US hiring and terminologies.
