OFM CHAT AGENTS FOR HIRE!
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are looking for experienced chat-based sales agents to join a high-performance digital team. This role is focused on fan engagement, conversation management, and consistent revenue generation through chat.
We prioritize candidates who are reliable, results-driven, and able to maintain strong performance over time.
COMPENSATION:
FLAT COMMISSION STRUCTURES FOR TOP PERFORMERS (earn up to 10% commission from net sales!)
Standard: $2.50-$5.00/hr + 1-3% commission (based on performance)
- Scalable earnings based on results
- PAID FORTNIGHTLY (always on-time payouts)
SCHEDULE:
10-hr shifts (includes an hour paid break)
Choose 5 or 6 working days per week
REQUIREMENTS:
OFM sales & chatting experience (A MUST!)
Ability to maintain consistent conversation flow and drive conversions
Strong written communication skills
Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
