New Amazon UK account and Shopify sales and marketing manager

Im starting my new business and brand in UK for elderly care health products,
The business is a small factory that recycles waste paper and manufactures useful products for elderly health care also i will buy some products from overseas to UK to sell within my niche sector under my new brand, I opened an Amazon UK business account and also i have Shopify account.
As a small micro business i need a manager who have the skills to take the business into the next level, Im looking for a multi-task manager who have the expertise to do the following on a monthly basis contract:
1- Help to choice the right products to import and sell in UK, Based on Amazon keywords and sales search in UK.
2- Help to design and manage our Shopify new store.
3- Manage our Amazon sales account and the process ( Printing, Shipping, And products inputs and SEO ,,etc ).
4- Do the SEO needed for our Shopify site in Google.
I totally understand its different tasks and im looking for multi-task manager to start and grow the business thats the only way we can afford it at this stage, The contract will be on monthly basis first month is:
A- Search for the right keywords and products that we will buy from China to import to UK.
B- Help on Shopify design and app guidance and managing and SEO work to be present.
Once we set up everything we will review the work together and adjust the contract amount based on the work efforts and outcomes of sales.
I have everything is set up like accounts documentation,, etc so we are ready from our side.
