Monitors stock across all platforms
Predicts stock-out dates with AI
Auto-generates purchase orders
Updates real-time stock counts to Airtable
Alerts to Slack or WhatsApp for low-stock or exceptions
Reporting
Daily inventory snapshot
Weekly sales/demand forecast
Monthly PDF performance summary
All workflows are combined into one maintainable n8n file.
