Homestay- Need Sales Person from US,UK,Australia,Korea（Fulltime&Freelancer）

Hi,I`m KuanXue from China,Co-founder and Sales Director of a sourcing company.
Our company has focus on sourcing for over 5 years.We used to have a long-term cooperation with the clients from US,UK,Korea,Australia,Japan,Germany and many other countries.We also maintain cooperative relationship with many factories in China so that we can get a lower price.
Careful, meticulous and efficient are the goals we have been pursuing.
For now,we are planning to recruit more sales people to join us.
The responsibilities:
1. Find new potential customers;
2. Communicate with clients and woremates of Executive Department
3. Weekly report to the Head(me)
4. Tracking all the flows of the order
The Requirements:
1. Fluent spoken and written English, any additional foreign language will be considered an advantage
2. Experienced in sales which is necessary,if you have experienced in sourcing or purchase,that’s better
3. Be nice and patient with clients,good communication skills
2. First 3months is the probation period，the base pay is $800/month
The offer：
1. Base pay（$1000/month）
2. Commission for each order（Different from your ablities）
3. Extra award for top 1 sales（$500 Amazon gift card &Secert gift）
4. Many kinds of training course
5. Complement for foreign employees（$200）
PS：1&5 are only for fulltime staffs，freelancers don’t have them.
