I run a family-oriented hospitality business and need someone who can turn incoming interest into confirmed bookings while keeping our social channels lively and on-brand. Your main arena will be Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, plus the enquiries that arrive through our own website. I already have attractive family packages; what I’m missing is the person who can present them convincingly, answer questions in real time and nudge prospects across the finish line.
You should feel comfortable with the full sales cycle: greeting the lead, qualifying needs, recommending the right package, negotiating if needed and securing payment. Clear, upbeat English—both written and spoken—is essential because most of the conversation happens in chat, direct messages or quick follow-up calls.
To keep us both on the same page, I’ll look for:
• Daily engagement on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and the company site’s enquiry form
• Prompt, personalised responses that reflect our friendly brand voice
• A simple weekly report highlighting number of leads handled, packages sold and any patterns you spot
