Native Estonian B2B Cold Caller

I need a sales-minded freelancer who can pick up the phone and speak flawless Estonian to decision-makers in small and medium enterprises across the country. Your job is to introduce Pro Nord Trade OÜ’s labour-leasing and cleaning services, secure a meeting slot in their calendar, and log the essentials in a shared Google Sheet.

You will be fully responsible for:
• Dialling targeted SMEs, navigating gatekeepers, and reaching the LPR.
• Presenting our offer clearly and persuasively.
• Locking in a meeting date or other agreed next step.
• Recording, on the same day, the call outcome / next step and the decision-maker’s contact details.

Native or bilingual Estonian, prior cold-calling experience, and the confidence to work without hand-holding are must-haves. I offer a fixed fee plus attractive bonuses for every scheduled meeting and, later, for any contract that closes. Perform well and this will turn into a steady, long-term collaboration.
