HIRING — NIKSI Membership Growth Owner
We need one entrepreneurial operator to take full ownership of growing our contractor membership business. This is not only a closer or appointment-setter role.
You will own prospecting, appointments, sales, onboarding, activation, retention, renewals, and referrals; recruit and manage the team; build CRM stages, scripts, SOPs, calendars, automations, reporting, and weekly KPIs; and create predictable membership revenue without daily founder involvement.
Must have proven membership, subscription, high-ticket sales, or contractor-services growth results, remote-team leadership, strong English, and full accountability for outcomes.
