Multi-Platform E-commerce Sales Magician Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Elite Salesperson Needed for Amazon, eBay, and Shopify Products
An elite closer is needed to take a multi‑platform e‑commerce portfolio to the next level. This role is for a proven sales professional who lives in the numbers, understands marketplace dynamics deeply, and can demonstrate a track record of turning traffic into profit across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. If you cannot clearly show past sales results on all three platforms, this is not the right project for you.
Role overview
The selected freelancer will own growth‑driving activities across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, with a singular objective: measurable revenue expansion. This is not a generic “listing VA” role. It requires a strategic salesperson who understands:
How to position products, craft offers, and optimize funnels by platform.
How to diagnose underperformance and design tests that move the needle.
How to communicate clearly, honestly, and proactively while protecting the brand’s reputation and margins.
Required proof of performance
All applicants must provide concrete, platform‑specific sales evidence:
Amazon: Before/after screenshots or reports (Seller Central) showing revenue, conversion rate, units sold, and key wins (e.g., ranking gains, successful launches, campaign ROAS).
eBay: Store or listing performance (e.g., sell‑through rate improvements, revenue growth, ASP increases, Best Match visibility gains) with clear explanation of the levers you pulled.
NOTE: For ebay the freelancer must have their own eBay account to use, or start a new one for this project.
Shopify: Analytics showing uplift in AOV, conversion rate, revenue per visitor, email‑driven sales, or funnel performance, and what specifically you implemented to drive those results.
Show numbers, time frames, and your exact contribution.
Platform skills and tools
In your proposal, break down your capabilities and stack for each platform:
Amazon
Skills: Listing optimization, keyword research/SEO, offer structuring, review/R&R strategy, pricing and promo planning, PPC and DSP campaign management.
Tools: For example, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Seller Central analytics, PPC dashboards—explain how you use them to consistently drive growth and protect margin.
eBay
Skills: Title optimization, category selection, promotional structures, seller standards management, return policy strategy, and customer communication that drives repeat buyers.
Tools: eBay Seller Hub, Terapeak, any repricers or analytics tools—describe workflows and how they’ve translated into higher sell‑through and profit.
Shopify
Skills: CRO, offer and bundle design, onsite merchandising, basic funnel build, email/SMS integration, upsell/downsell flows, and analytics‑driven experimentation.
Tools: Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Klaviyo/Omnisend, page builders, A/B testing tools—explain how you build and iterate to hit specific sales metrics.
Culture and character fit
Please describe your culture fit IN DEPTH:
Superior sales and communication skills: You explain complex ideas simply, ask sharp questions, and communicate progress and issues clearly, with a sales mindset behind every recommendation.
You communicate results and obstacles often with a solution focus.
Integrity and loyalty: You protect confidential data, do what you say you’ll do, and build long‑term relationships instead of chasing quick wins.
Resourceful and solution‑focused: When faced with obstacles (supply issues, listing blocks, policy changes), you bring options and proposed solutions instead of excuses.
Proactive problem‑solver: You anticipate problems before they show up in the dashboard and propose experiments or pivots without being micromanaged.
Optimistic, innovative, and positively creative: You see constraints as prompts for new angles—whether that is repositioning products, reframing offers, or testing unconventional but data‑driven ideas.
In your application, explicitly address how you embody each of these traits, with short examples from real projects (e.g., a time you protected a client’s account, turned around a failing SKU, or found an unconventional growth lever).
How to apply
Submit a concise proposal that includes:
Platform‑by‑platform sales results (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) with metrics, time frames, and your role.
Your skills and tools by platform, plus a brief description of how you typically ramp a new account in the first 90 days.
A short culture‑fit section addressing the qualities listed above, with 2–3 concrete stories.
Links or screenshots that validate your claims (you may blur sensitive data).
Only submissions that are metrics‑driven, specific, and clearly aligned with this culture will be considered.
