Microsoft 365 Sales person

We are a start up company and we need people who can work with as a Sales Consultant for Microsoft 365 migration and License. Any project that you bring and if it gets successfully on boarded, we will be giving you 10% of the total project amount as a commission. As we are very new and currently we cannot offer you a fixed salary.
But once we start growing and if your numbers are good we will be offering you a fixed salary.
