Medical software sales representative

I am looking for a skilled sales representative for medical software that we produce. To make it clear, we are not looking for a a social media page managers or ads designers. We are looking for an actively engaging sales representative who can find and speak to potential customers (doctors), offer the software and make sales.
We typically pay a commission for each copy. The commission is 15%, raising up to 20% depending on sales. We typically pay a monthly baseline salary when certain sales are achieved
