Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Person to join our team. We are looking for an active paramedic who has significant experience in the field of Paramedicine and would like to supplement their income by selling our unique Badger Skin Reusable Slider system. The Badger Skin Slider is an innovative, patented slider that is new to the market and significantly improves the process of transferring the patient from the stretcher to the hospital bed. We are a team of active paramedics who have developed this product, the culture of the company is frontline focused. Do you have a business mindset? Would you like to leverage your paramedic experience to supplement your income?
Responsibilities
Work with our team to develop and maintain an active lead database.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with EMS, Paramedic, Ambulance service operators.
Check in weekly, virtually with our sales team to update on progress.
Set up Free field trials for EMS service operators and nurture sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, order requests.
Potential to attend industry conferences and events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
Active working Paramedic with at least 2 years of experience.
Great networking skills to help sell this product.
Proven experience in medical sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A degree in life sciences, business, or a related discipline is advantageous but not essential.
